Colin Stair, President and Founder of STAIR Galleries and a known businessman in the area, saw a need for light industrial workspaces for creatives that wouldn’t break the bank.
We are seasoned property managers with a proven track record. Tenants include designers, architects, woodworkers and upholsterers, as well as other artisans and craftspeople. We are hoping that Modern Industrial will be the first of many creative communities in the future.
